Fire.... Had the calamari, chicken marsala, and chocolate lasagna. I dove into dinner before I could get a picture. Everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious. Service was outstanding. It's an intimate space, with quiet music playing and get atmosphere. Ignore the neighborhood, and stop in!

Stopped in after the Washburn Volleyball Win for a wonderful dinner. The Italian margarita was refreshing. I am always searching for a great French onion soup and this one did not disappoint! The vodka sauce with shrimp is recommended.

Absolutely excellent. My only regret was digging into my entree before I could snap a good photo, guess I'll have to come back! The menu wasn't long, but had a lot of depth. We were given some of the nicest breadsticks to start with olive oil and vinegar, they were buttery and warm, not just room temp. For an additional appetizer I ordered the spinach dip which was very well seasoned and very creamy, but not overwhelming, definitely left me hungry for the mains. Per our server's suggestion, I ordered the fettuccine with vodka cream sauce and homemade meatballs, the fettuccine was cooked just a bit beyond al dente but wasn't overcooked, soft but not mushy. The meatballs were very well seasoned with a lot of herbs, and were the size of a child's fists. Also with my pasta I had the option of french onion or Italian wedding soup. I chose the latter and did not regret it. It was very hearty with a healthy amount of vegetables and decently sized meatballs; but the selling point was the broth, probably the best Italian wedding soup I've had at a restaurant in the area. Speaking of servers, Stephanie was great! Really added to the atmosphere and made sure my group was well taken care of. Definitely ask for her around dinner!

If you have not tried the Chefs Kiss restaurant, you must. Best vodka sauce I’ve ever had. Chicken parm to die for. Risotto that is out of this world. Soups were spot on as well.

We waited a couple of months after the Chef’s Kiss opened before we decided to try it out. As stated in other reviews, the place does have a musty odor when you first walk in. We arrived as they re-opened for dinner. Some days they have lunch hours, then dinner hours. 4:30 PM should be a time for hardly any crowd but we were surprised that 4 tables were full and 6 more filled up before we left at 5:15. Great service with checking on our meal twice. Pay at the table with the server and her remote device. The chicken parm was good and my lasagne was also very good. The salad was very small and no breadsticks served with the entree. We also tried the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and found them to be adequate but not as warm as we expected. My wife had the creme brulleé and I ordered the tiramisu. Creme brulleé was fantastic and the tiramisu okay but disappointing. Every item appears to be over-priced. We eat Italian every week at another restaurant and these prices are a bit higher for similar items. They do have a fairly extensive menu with various sauces, as they should have. Give the Chef’s Kiss a try but don’t expect too much, AND don’t believe all the reviews. Bon Appetite
